Shadow at the Boundary

Silhouette of a Tyrannosaurus on the Ridge near the fence under moonlight. Alert
At 02:40 local time motion sensors on Predator Ridge registered a large target moving toward the southern perimeter adjacent to Fern Forest. Cameras captured a silhouette consistent with a large Tyrannosaurus; the animal moved deliberately, showing no obvious signs of distress but closing on the boundary.

Following night protocols, patrol teams were dispatched and perimeter lighting intensified. Acoustic deterrents were kept to a minimum and visual tracking prioritized to avoid provoking an aggressive response.

The individual remains within the Ridge; gates and barriers are intact and no incursions into neighboring sectors have been recorded. Communications with the Incubation team are maintained at elevated alert — given the expected Triceratops hatchlings in Fern Forest, having a large predator nearby during morning movement is undesirable.

Visitors are advised to avoid areas near the Ridge's southern perimeter until patrols stand down. The situation is under control; we will report any significant developments immediately.
