Night Roar on Predator Ridge

At 04:40 local time sensors and acoustic monitors on Predator Ridge picked up a prolonged low-frequency roar originating from the sector's northern slope. Security teams have been placed on heightened patrol, access routes closed, and visitors and staff advised to remain within secure zones until the alert is lifted.
Initial field reports indicate the presence of an adult Tyrannosaurus rex moving nearer to the outer boundary of the enclosure. Nighttime vocalizations are normal for apex predators, but the duration and intensity of this call prompted additional safety protocols.
Behavioral specialists are tracking the animal with thermal imaging and radio telemetry; no interactions with other species have been observed so far. Veterinary and response teams are standing by to intervene should the animal change course or display signs of distress.
The control status is expected to remain in place for several hours. We will issue updates with any significant developments — a decrease in activity or the animal moving back into monitored interior zones. Access to border trails on Predator Ridge is prohibited until further notice.
